BENNIXX — IGNITING THE VIBES WITH SOUNDFYAR IIThe update
In the heart of Nigeria’s capital, Abuja, a fire has been steadily burning—fueled by rhythm, rooted in tradition, and refined by global sound. That fire has a name: Bennixx. An African artist and producer with a flair for fusion and a heart for heritage, Bennixx has emerged as one of the most dynamic voices in the Afrobeat and Afro-fusion landscape today.
Renowned for his vibrant productions and soulful lyricism, Bennixx seamlessly blends African rhythms with modern bounce, giving listeners a sound that feels both familiar and groundbreaking. Whether on stage or in the studio, he delivers every note with purpose, passion, and presence.
THE SOUND OF CULTURE
Bennixx’s artistry is more than just musical—it’s cultural storytelling. Drawing deeply from his Nigerian roots, he crafts music that reflects the rich textures of African life, from love and loss to unity, spirituality, and social change.
Each track is a canvas, painted with energetic beats, vibrant melodies, and emotionally resonant lyrics. What sets Bennixx apart is his ability to bridge the ancestral and the contemporary, creating a sound that echoes Africa’s history while carving a lane for its future.
THE PROJECT: SOUNDFYAR
With his new EP titled “Soundfyar,” Bennixx takes us on a genre-defying journey through the flames of emotion, culture, and evolution. But this isn’t just music—it’s a movement. It’s a statement.
“Creating Soundfyar was like translating emotion into frequency,” Bennixx shares.
“Each track was born from a moment—sometimes loud and chaotic, other times soft and intimate.”
The body of work embodies both fire and calm—a sonic experience that balances explosive rhythm with introspective storytelling. From the first kick drum to the last fading harmony, Soundfyar captures a spectrum of human experience in six unforgettable tracks.
THE CREATIVE PROCESS
Bennixx’s creative process is rooted in intuition and authenticity. Before the beat, before the pen—there is feeling.
“My process started with feeling, always,” he says.
“I’d sit with the vibe, let the melodies come naturally, then build around the emotion with lyrics that told real stories—mine, and those close to me.”
In Soundfyar, you’ll hear hints of Afro-Caribbean soul, the grit of dancehall, and the bounce of global pop—all held together by the warmth and richness of African instrumentation. Each sound was carefully designed to immerse, move, and ignite.
