Hello guys, I’m really happy to be here. I’m proud of the system. My name is Tarzaa Anzenge Gerald Caesar of REM, in short, Cza of REM.

• You’re called the Industry Messiah, how did you come about that name?

Uhmm, nothing serious. It’s just an entity reflecting on my parent brand, Royal Empire Management (REM). It’s a system that I, myself, control, and it’s been a good deed for upcoming talents, helping them achieve their growth and passion. That’s what led to the claim of Industry Messiah.

• So, what do you do? What’s your professional career?

Officially, I call myself an entertainment enthusiast and talent manager. But my services stand as one for all, all for one, as long as respect and transparency are in place.

• Your bio says you’ve been in the business since 2019. How has that been so far?

Well, off the record, it’s actually been since 2017, as that’s when I started my kick-off learning process. It hasn’t been easy, though—ups and downs, happy times, and really depressing times (lol). But the passion will help you see the future and who you want to be. Nothing good comes easy. If you don’t dare, you won’t grind. Zero evidence.

• So, in your line of business, who do you admire and look up to?

Personally, it’s Olamide and Don Jazzy. I respect Olamide because he’s an artist who has conquered the managerial conquest perfectly while keeping his own superstar status and career intact.

• Who are the artists you’ve managed so far?

On the record, I’ll rate based on their popularity and quality. Currently, I’m managing (in assistance of my brand) Choo, Cutda (formerly Spaceryde), Late Zumzy Brown’s posthumous work, co-managing EASTSIDEALIEN, Asound, and acting as an agent for Khalie. I’ve also managed BlaqRose, Adthekvng, Dxnzel, Ghandi, ZaddyTC, Uzzi King, among others.

• Asides management, what else do you do?

I’m an A&R, project manager, and event planner. I’ve based my life and career so far in entertainment. Let’s eat where we’re happy. Life is meant to be fun.

• What’s your advice to artists who would rely on intellect?

Simple. Make good music, hire an A&R (you can’t build your career now without one), get a unique brand, identify with your brand, and connect with your audience. That’s the trick.
