Tidashii Reintroduces Himself with Bold Debut EP: ‘Made In Africa’The update
After building a reputation in underground circles under the name Kill Teedashii, the Nigerian-born artist has turned a fresh page, reintroducing himself to the world as Tidashii. This isn’t just a name change — it’s a total creative rebirth.

“I changed my name because I wanted to reflect growth, clarity, and purpose. Tidashii is still me, just with more intention. I’m not here to destroy — I’m here to build.” — Tidashii
With this new identity comes his most important release yet: Made In Africa, a four-track debut EP that fuses melodic rap, Afro-fusion, and raw emotion into a sound that feels as fearless as it does familiar.
Behind the Sound: A Story from the Heart of the Continent
Crafted in the heart of Abuja and shaped by late-night studio sessions, Made In Africa is a deeply personal offering. According to Tidashii, the EP started with a vision — to blend alternative sounds with Afrobeat in a way that felt raw, emotional, and real.

“I wasn’t trying to copy what’s already out there. I wanted to build something that sounded like me,” Tidashii says.
He let life guide the music. Sometimes freestyling. Sometimes writing line-by-line. Every track, from the emotional vulnerability of “who needs love” to the global bounce of “Foreign” featuring Madisin!, pulses with sincerity. And beyond the music, he directed all visuals himself, ensuring every image mirrored the authenticity of his message — unfiltered and honest.
Made in Africa — The Birth of a Movement
Made In Africa isn’t just an EP title. It’s the name of Tidashii’s independent studio and the engine behind his creative mission. The project also marks the official launch of Disturbing Africa — a fashion and lifestyle brand designed to empower and inspire a new generation of African youth.

This debut is more than music — it’s a manifesto. It challenges norms, celebrates identity, and invites listeners to break molds unapologetically. For Tidashii, this is the beginning of something greater than himself.
From Abuja to the World
Tidashii is a rising force in alternative Afrobeats — fusing culture, story, and sound. With Made In Africa, he steps forward not just as an artist, but as a leader of a movement rooted in truth and future-driven creativity.
Formerly Kill Teedashii, now fully Tidashii — he’s not here to blend in. He’s here to build a legacy. Made In Africa drops on all platforms July 5th, 2025.
